A guy on Honda-Tech sells kits. Do a search on the topic, and you'll come across the thread. It's like $16 shipped, and you buy your own S2K antenna from the dealership. I personally like the Honda Insight antenna better and decided to go with that. My stock antenna had broken off, so for me it was cheaper to go this way. If your stock one is still fine, I wouldn't bother. The install takes about 30min., probably less, but you'll want to adjust the antenna into a position you like, and make sure its a snug fit by adjusting these nuts/washer on the install kit, which takes some time.
took about 10 mins to put on after i removed some of the back panels.. i got it off ebay from some guy named locustom or locustoms.. i forgot.. its a 2 wire connection, just the antenna wire, and a power wire. the power wire boosts the radio signal.

no special parts needed. install is as simple as removing the old antenna, and replacing it with the new one, tighten the locking nut, and connect 2 wires.
okay..i've decided with the insight install. thanks for all the suggestions. Is there anything else i need to get besides the antenna unit from honda? wiring? thanks in advance
