I have a 94 Accord, and when driving it's almost like your on a squeeky bed, it's always there when turning either way, but also squeeks when hitting bumps.

The squeek is coming from the passenger side (right) and my thoughts are lower or upper ball joint.

I hit the upper and lower with liquid wrench and it goes away for a few days, but seems to come back. My friend suggests the coil spring could be out of position or winding.

Would replacing the upper and lower balljoint be a good idea? or should I find out 100% where its coming from?

visual inspection is your friend

 

In most cases, a squeaking/creaking while turning the steering wheel is from the lower ball joint. Have someone else turn the wheel back and forth while you crouch beside the wheel and listen for the noise.

i have the same problem on my 05, check out my video / post about this and listen to the noise, let me know what u think and if urs is the same problem...

 

cv squeaks? i thought it was ball joints for squeaking and clickings for axles.
