Spark plug wire keep poping out of cylinder NEED HELP!

Spark plug wire keep poping out of cylinder NEED HELP!
I have a 94 ex and the second spark plug wire keep poping out while I drive. I have to keep putting the spark plug boot back in the cyclinder. I change new spark plug wires but same results.
