HELP! Need to identify this part ASAP.
I dont have a picture or anything on hand.
However, I was replacing my starter and I broke the little plastic piece to the sensor that is directly next to it.
I think it might be the oil pressure sensor or something.
Its facing the front of the engine bay, about 6" away from the starter, underneath the intake manifold.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thnks.

how many wires does the sensor have? what color was the plastic u broke?
1 wire - knock sensor
2 wires - temp sensor
depending on the color of the temp sensor will determine what it is you broke

not at the present time
My car was giving me trouble starting and I was told it was the starter by honda. I was shocked as well. Turns out its because the clutch is bad, and the sensor isn't reading that its engaged so it won't allow ignition.
Fixed^
and I believe it was only one wire. gotta double check.
Thank You All
