anyone ever sent their shocks back to koni for a rebuild? whats the process of this? also i cant find my receipt anymore also but when i purchased these i used my credit card so maybe i can just go back and print out my transaction to prove it? anyone ever had this issue before here?

 

If you can't find the receipt then call up the company you bought them from and maybe they'll send you a copy. The credit card statement would just have the transaction amount from the dealer you bought from so I'd doubt Koni would accept that. I've heard good stories from rebuilding the shocks with Koni if in fact they were damaged within warranty use.
