Default Possible electric problem - anyone else got this?

At night, moving in first gear (pressing gas pedal in/out around 2.5-3.5rpm) car lights (at least interior) dim. They don't go out, just dim a little. I don't know if I always had that, maybe didn't pay attention until now, is this normal?

My interior and headlights dim at idle and then brighten up as I step on the gas. But that's because I have an underdrive pulley on my alternator.

Don't you love how they advertise underdrive pulleys? But, they never tell you the yucky stuff that's going to happen.

Do you have a system? I had that happen before, I installed a capacitor and fixed the problem.

The same thing happens on my car. No matter what gear I am in.
A few years back I had the dealer take a look at it (when I still trusted them with my car problems) and they blabed something about the A/C compressor kicking in once in a while to circulate the cooling gas. It is suppose to be normal.
