Default turbo size for d-series

I am looking at a couple of turbos for my d-series. I am looking for about 225-250whp. I was looking at a t4/t3 50 trim master power turbo. .63 exhaust. Is the too big? also looking at the t25/t28 hybrid. with internal wastegate. But im wanting to run an external wastegate. Is this too small and will I be able to run external wastegate.

For that power I'd just look into a .63 a/r Garrett T3 super 60

i am going to try out the mp turbo for now, because its new and comes with a blitz wg for $130. It seems it will spool quickly. It has .50ar compressor with .63ar exhaust.

Have it made or go to something like homemadeturbo.com or the "THE REAL HOMEMADE TURBO" or something like that.
