Icon2 B series swap question

So this is probably a dumb question but is it possible to swap in a B16a1 into a eg civic? I kno the transmission uses a cable clutch and it would be switched to OBD0.

thanks in advance!

The guy asked a vague question, and recieved the appropriate answer once already...

Of course it's possible, a person put a LS1 Corvette motor in a Civic, so a car built to use an engine along that line will be possible to put in.

ok. ill answer you. you dont need to use a cable tranny.. take advantage of the eg hydro set up. and swap sensors to obd1... use an obd1 vtec harness... grab the obd0 vtec ecu... aaand buy a nifty obd0 - obd1 conversion harness (100 bucks?) go from there. people decide to waste their time posting the sameold thing "meh meh meh yer dumb. do research" wasting both their time and yours. its simple guys.. rather than harassing.. ignore. your welcome codrulz

there are things that are kinda odd, but there are products out there specifically for this kind of thing and lots of information. It's not like doing a J series swap, which is kind of new or doing a rear engine setup which there isn't a whole lot of info on.
