Default 1991 Civic Si Hood Insulation Question

Does anyone know if all of the 1991 Si's came with under hood insulation. I can not find anything saying one way or the other.

Looking at the parts websites nothing is shown in the pics.

Thanks,
Dan

My 89 CRX Si came with the liner.

It's not a bug deal though.

Asking because I have seen photos with and without it. The joys of a stock class autocross car that is 18 years old!!

Thanks,
Dan

MR Honda integra Type R -- stock, the way it should be.
2,460 lbs full interior, sub and half a tank.

Respond well to what kind of mods? I can spend a 1,000 in parts and gain only 10 whp, suspension already handles good for a factory car. The R in a stock form is a great car.
