Ok im at a loss right now. I have two codes on my Type r

CEL 10 P0112 IAT Sensor no problem solving that issue.

CEL 21 Which i have no diag code nothing. I have no clue what this code is when i search it it comes up as a ABS code which i have no ABS on my car.

Background Rebuilt the transmission and after reinstalling car had a misfire no codes. Then no spark after checking sensors and connectors. I found a bad trans ground wire replaced. Still no spark. Got into the dizzy and tested the coil. Coil out of spec so i replaced it today. Now it starts up and it sounds like it is still missing. But when you rev the engine it climbs in rpm smooth and clears up. As it returns to idle its back to crap.

Question is what is CEL 21? What sensor or control system dose it pertain to? And is their any sure issue with this code?

code 21 has to deal with vtec i believe
code 10 just replace the iat first and see if that works if not check the wire make sure it not riped

 

I already inspected the wiring for the IAT then measure resistanced of the sensor it way out of spec so im replacing the sensor later. Its about 30 degrees out and it should be around 5-6.5ohms and i measure 29 or so.

With acura only code i find close to my 21 is 22 which is P1259 VTEC Oil pressure switch. Which i have come accross this issue with that code before on my buddys ITR problem came out to be his Cam shaft position sensor failed. Im going crazzy right now.

 

if i was getting these code i would try these first.
check oil level on flat surface.
pull out the iat sensor from manifold and check to make sure the nipple is not burnt clean it and put back if it was ok.
undo the battery to remove codes.
if still not working then i would swap vtec solinod with someone and iat to see if there was something worng

 

your camshaft postion sensor is in your dizzy. also make sure that you vtec solnoid pressue switch is still connected and not broke or lose
