i got a 94 honda civic hatchback with a h22a motor swap
my car wont crank after i got a new walbro fuel pump .... is it beacuse of the cold weather????
need help asap

 

Need a bit more info then that sir.

If you installed the pump and it does not work then my first guess is that you did not measure how far the pump goes down and or did not install the filter correctly then on-top of all this your tank was low as well which cause the pump not being able to suck fuel.

After you provide with more info then people can help you better.

1. Do you hear the fuel pump priming?
2. Do you have fuel?
3. Was the car running before?

 

What ^ he said, makes it look like u didn't do something correctly, wiring, hoses, pick-up filter, all of the above?!

 

If it won't turn over at all, check your fuses.

 

yes my car was running before until the fuel pump stop working and the walbro was already assemble im guessing it the fuse then

When you turn the key to ON(II), does the starter crank the engine but the engine won't fire up and start?

 

it crank very slowly or not at all

 

Charge or replace the battery and then go from there.

 

Check your grounds and battery cables and try getting a jump start. If it starts right up when jumped, the battery could be bad.

 

^^ slow crank=battery fo sho. multimeter for 12.6? something around there.

 

LOL... now we get the rest of the story, lol.. Yes ur battery should be at 12-12.5 when the engine isn't running and 13.7-14.5 when it is running.

 

kk now it crank but it doesnt fire like when you start it up i hear like a clicking from somewhere around my steering column ... ... and one more thing i think i burn my harness where the steering column is because my tail light wouldnt turn on so i use a 100amp fuse to make it work but i guess my wire wasnt strong enough...
cuz when i signal to the left it dont work but my right one does and my headlight stay on without the fuse in it or even when it no turn on
