Default fuel issuse with 02 civic.

I am hopeing some one out there can shed some light on this issue i am having. The problem, tonight I left the car out in the cold for about a hour and a half, and when I got in it and put it in gear the car wanted to clunk it self out. (best was to explain it if the car had a choke it was pulled out) So I had to pop it out of gear and rev it up. Once it was out of gear it seem to run fine until i put it back into gear the same problem happened. It did this for another 30 to 60 seconds. But once it warmed up the car ran fine. So I put heat in the car thinking it was bad gas, that didnt work i have added some fuel injector clean and that doesn't seem to help. So i am wondering if it sounds like a fuel fliter issue or something else entirely. If anyone has had this problem or knows whats going on let me know it would be very help full. Thanks

P.S. I havent looked at the spark plugs yet but that is my next step in this process.

What kind of fuel injector cleaner? I had a similar problem and I put about a pint of vinegar in my tank (full) and ran it and it cleared it up.

I ran some Gumout fuel injector cleaner. I am going to use some SeaFoam next. But vinegar really?
