Default p29 rods

will p29 rods fit onto a d16 crackshaft? i know they dont fit on d15 crackshafts because the p29 rods are bigger.

because im too lazy to take the pistons apart, and i do not have the funds for ls rods and i already have the necessary parts to do a mini me swap, so i was just wondering because ive been questioning myself about it for awhile.

zackly.

i was just curious as to why you would want to use them, you have the 29 pistons as well? those would make some killer compression in that mini me.

Why would you ever use LS rods?

They DO require modification to fit and are only slightly stronger than the stock pencil-sized rods, which should hold up fine to the power an NA D16 will make.

OP, if you're too lazy to change the rods out how are you building a motor?
