Default 08 Civic Si Sedan Steering Problem

Ive searched and cant seem to find anything on this. When I hit the brakes the car will suddenly jerk to the left. But whats confusing is that the steering wheel will jerk to the right. I am completely lost on this. Any advice is appreciated

Did the dealership replace anything or did they just tighten it back up? If nothing was replaced, I'd check on the condition of the pieces involved. If it was driven on for some time with the bolt loose, it may have ovaled out the hole it was going into. Also, it could have damaged the threads of the bolt, weakening the hold of the threads and the bolt itself.
