Alright here's the story I have a 94 Integra LS with a B20b Swap and a GSR tranny, not sure what year the tranny is. Anyways the car also has a Crome ECU, and is spittin out a code 15 which is an Ignition Output Signal. I replaced the dizzy cap, ignition coil, spark plugs and wires and it still turns over but doesn't start. After it cranked I took the spark plugs out and smelled a rich fuel mixture, so I'm trying to troubleshoot from there. Any ideas or thoughts would be much appreciated, thanks.

 

Check your ignition itself

 

fuel could possibly be not burning. do a spark test.

 

if you smell straight gas and its throwing that code then your not gettin spark. could just be a bad dizzy, try swapin it out with a buddy and see what happends

 

My car would run abour a week ago but now it doesnt even start. when it did run i pulled the spark plug wires out to see if i was getting spark and when i pulled the third one out from cylinder 3 and checked for spark the car turned off, died.

ignition coil go to a local store and get it that is a very delicate part at least $50.

 

Yeah sounds like your distributor check for spark if no spark then your distributor, ebay has them brand new shipped $120.00 or so. ^^
