If I were to guess, either one of the oil cooler hoses are leaking or you have an oil filter rubber gasket that ripped off the old one still sealed to the oil filter housing.
checked it out like twice already had it all cleaned up too...on top of the oil filter were there's that big hose that looks like a radiator hose has a little oil that looks like its been there for a while but other then that it doesnt look like its leaking from anywhere around the top of the block..also i started the car up for a while to find the leak didnt leak anything unless you drive it for a while then it leaks...but the leak seems to be major..just called honda and the guy over there told me there's no oil pan gasket thats used for the motors which i always thought there was he just told me honda bond and gasket sealers are used...well still in need of help...oh yeah checked to see if the oil filter was tight and it was, forgot to post...
There's definitely an oil pan gasket that' used. I just took one off my car.
What I would do is jack the car up and clean up as much of the engine as you can. The drive the car around a little, put it back up and jackstands to check to see if you notice any fresh oil.

could be one of the seals for the oil pump starting to go. so its a small leak now, might get worse later. Try and remove the lower timing belt cover to get a better look. it might even be leaking from the camshaft seals on that side, the oil would run down the side behind the camgears, timing belt, etc. and leak in around that area.
try and get all the covers out of the way starting with the easiest (upper timing belt cover)

Yes the 5th gen H22 has an oil pan gasket. It is a rubber seal that fits in a groove on the flywheel end of the motor #13 in this exploded parts view. Part# is 11251-P5K-000 GASKET, OIL PAN list is $3.32
As for liquid gasket to use for the oil pan - Honda recommends using their Ultra Flange II sealant, and NOT Hondabond, but I suppose you could use Hondabond.

The 4th gen H22 has a stamped steel oil pan and the gasket for it surrounds the entire top of the pan that meets the block.

My guess is that it is coming from behind the timing belt cover.
If your oil pan gasket was leaking you would notice it leaking from the whole seal.
When I replace an oil pan gasket seal, I usually put some gasket sealant on from auto zone, doesnt have to be honda bond, or even that other recommend sealant either.
Also, the torque down sequence on the oil pan should be followed, as well as also re-torquing after the motor has been turned on and let warmed up for a little bit as well.

oil pump seal i think its number 45 in the diagram posted above. that went on mine and had major leakage, good thing i caught in it time. For a friend of mine it was too late, he ran it all day with no oil until it just basicaly died.
I noticed oil dripping down from the lower timing cover, same spot as you. the part itself is cheap its getting there (the labor) that makes it expensive. just to be safe buy them all since your gonna have everything off anyway

You probably meant #28 front crank seal or #29 the balance shaft seal or the oil pump gasket #5
yea i was looking at the wrong diagram, this one has the correct ones. you would basically need to remove the crank pulley, timing belt and just about everything else in the way. ow that you have everything out to change that try and change as much as you can of the all the little seals in that area just for insurance and preventing having to go through the trouble again
