KE is the area code: indicates which countries the car is designed for (Scandinavian, Western Europe...). In the first couple of pages in the manual there's a table: using your VIN number you can find which area type your car is (KE, KG, KS, KR...).
thats the problem the VIN is
SHHCC75400U0........
SHH indicates Honda of the U.K.MFG LTD England
U indicates Honda of the UK Manufacturing in England
there´s no K anywhere
But my real problem its not the VIN

KE = England, Ireland (RHD)
KG = Germany (LHD)
So yours is a KG type: you can ignore what the manual says for the KE type.
Thanks for your help but i still cant understand why you say mine is a KG tipe

wheres the "KG" at my VIN number?????
The SHH and U in the VIN means your car was produced in UK that is correct.
But HUM in UK produces cars for several countries, mostly European. In Northern Europe for example cars must have daylight running lights, so the wiring differs slightly from the rest. And there's also RHD vs. LHD in UK etc..
All these different versions are identified by an area code (which is not part of the VIN). Maybe it's also stamped on the id-plate in the engine bay?
The foreword section of the technical manual contains a table where you can find the area codes and related VIN ranges.

Hi I hav ea new problem with the same car.
Every morning when I start it the RPM starts do go up and down, 1200 to 2000rpm to 1200 rpm to 2000 rpm......and stop at 900rpm after 3 or 4 minutes, and it runs ok.
But if I acelerate the car to 4000rpm the needle on the rpm starts to go up and down and the engine starts do fail.........

First, glad you got it going a "while back",,,,by the way what was it? CYP?
What year is this....we can only assume 1988-2002
I'd start with making sure the coolant is full. Are the tune up items (cap, rotor, plugs, fuel filter, ect) up to date?
Then look into cleaning/adjusting the FITV and the IAC.

I thought the EGR would only come into play once it goes to closed loop. There can be issues with the erg while cold but they would also happen when warm....just looking to learn. Thanks
