so heres the background of my situation. i had the spark plug wires off my spark plugs, and they were draped over the motor not connected to anything. my dad went to move my car, cranked it over a few times and when he realized it didnt sound right he stopped. now, im gettin no spark to my plugs. (previously i had no problems, they were disconnected to change the valve cover gasket) i followed the advance ignition article on team-integra.net(heres the article http://www.team-integra.net/sections...ArticleID=1112) and heres my results...
all associated fuses look good
both the primary and secondary coil tests tested fine
"Between BLK/YEL and GND, there should be +12V" mine tested at -.5 volts
"Between WHT/BLU and GND, there should be +12V" mine tested at 0 (which kind of confuses me as to why there should be power here at all. if you look in the article, the white and blue wire goes directly to the ground part of the coil, why would there be power coming from this point? can someone clarify this for me?)
i put an electrical tester to the negative part of the coil while someone cranked the car over for me. it flashed indicating a good ICM(as it should be cuz its brand new)
so if the tests for the wires going to the ICM failed, what does that mean?

i didn't even have to finish reading this to realize that you fried the coil. this happens all the time to those who do compression tests without unplugging the distributor. this of course mimics the same situation you caused with the wires off.
the $25 coils on ebay actually work great. many of us have used them with zero issues. auto parts stores will quote somewhere around $60-70 for one
before you sit there going HEY ! i tested the coil and it ohms out just fine ! the coil test is seriously unaccurate. when i first did a compression test on a GSR i made the mistake of not un plugging the diz, same thing, no spark. i tested the ignitor, checked, coil, checked. after a few people kept telling me it was the coil i just bought one, car fired right up.
search for compression test and coil, you'll see a few threads about this.
