make your own O2 bung, find a nut that fits the O2 sensor (not galvanized or zinc coated). Drill a hole in the cat, the same size as the threaded hole in the nut. Then weld the nut to the cat (slooooowwwly), thread in the sensor, plug it in, and DUN!

Or if you don't have your own welder, take it to an exhaust shop and they should be able to put one in for you.

you don't need a hole in your cat. get one pre-cat or post-cat, but not on the cat. You will not get accurate readings if you weld the o2 bung on your cat. Pre-cat is the best location.

What are you talking about an OBDII cat has the post cat O2 sensor bung in the middle or at the end of the cat before it connects to the exhaust piping.

On my 2000 Civic EX it is in the center of the cat

On my 2000 Prelude type SH it is at the end of the cat just before the flange.
sorry no pic

To the OP- call the vendor that sold it to you and ask them if it is supposed to have a bung hole, and if it does then have them send you a new one. If it is not supposed to come with a bunghole then have the hole drilled where the bunghole is on your OEM cat.
