Check battery. If it has the proper volts, looked into fuses. If your car cranks, check distributor. If not, look into the starter.

Sounds like a main relay, that's the first thing I would check.

Starter, distributor? Try hitting the starter with a hammer, try popping the clutch if its a manual then you can eliminate things, does it have a CEL? Check the error code.

I've checked and done every thing possible ...here is what i replaced ..Starter,Sparks,Spark cables, oil, oil F.,valve gasket(do to leak into Spark plugs ),checked the Dizzy working , Checked the relay for the Famous 3 clicks Working as well, replaced TPS,...then took my rear seat off.. turned the switch.. didn't here the fuel pump making any noise or spinning .. then removed the hose that goes to the fuel rail and turned the witch and no gas been pumped into my fuel rail and injectors ... so im like 99% sure is the Pump(might be wrong). I'll still take any suggestions :D thanx for trying and help ...oh almost forgot no Cel codes ! for some reason i get my Oil and battery light (battery is low but always crank it with jumper cables so it can have 12v) on ???? I just did a Complete tune up!, if you(general) have any idea of what could be causing this, i will appreciate it a lot :D??? thanx

Doubts.72 my guess is that its your fuel pump then as you are saying or perhaps it is your ecu? Process of elimination.
