Hello Folks
Congrats on a great forum Ive a 2002 1.4 civic, prob is the ABS light comes on now and again and when it does the temp guage drops to showing cold and stays their If i stop and restart the car the light goes out and all is well.
Can anyone shed any light on this, im baffled

 

Has the check engine light ever come on? Have you had the car scanned to see if there are any stored codes? Have you put your gauge cluster through its self-diagnostic?

 

Thanks for your reply. Engine light has never come on. Gonna get full scan tonight. How do i go about doing a gauge self diagnostic?

Got full scan done tonight and no codes stored.

 

check your alternator.... i had a problem with my abs light showing and all my gauges would shut off....

 

check ure abs fuse and wires sounds like something is not reading correctly
