Icon2 Ep3/Dc5 vs H22a Ej1?

So I currently have a pretty clean/quick Ej1 w/ a new paint job, Jdm h22a swap, & a ton of other extras. But I now feel that I'm starting to grow out of it and just want something newer and stock or stock-ish. Not to mention I'm SICK & TIRED of dealing with the thieves, ricers revving & starring, & the haters that come along with having a nice, older Honda. Seriously the Honda scene has no class (no offense to the true enthusiasts). I have had my wheel stolen (before I had wheel locks) & have had dings & small dents put on the car that I am sure were not by accident.

I have recently been looking into selling & buying, or trading for an 02-05 civic si or 02+ type s. ALL of my friends & even my mechanic are telling me to keep the car! But they don't understand that I'm too busy at this point in my life to have to babysit a car. Anyone feel where I'm coming from? Questions, comments, & any insight are welcome!
