b20b does not pass 1000 rpm
hello HT member i have a b20b in my 95 honda civic. the problem is that my engine does not rev pass 1000. i spoke to a mech and said that it could be etheir my MAP or TPS. now i know some b20b have a crank sensor for the obd2 modle, but my engine not have it, could that be the problem as well?
specs: my b20b has a b16a intake mainfold and it has a GSR aftermarket throttle bodie with the b20b MAP sensor and TPS, and the idle air control valve. And i have a obd1 chip Ecu for the b20b.
NOTE: the mech told me that some obd2 engine have their own timing sensor?
what do you HT members think?
