pullin hard to the left
94 honda civic si hatch with a h22 swap and i have got a hard pull to the left after my alignment and i am trying to figure out how to correct this problem.. everything suspension wise is new including the rack and pinon ..i even replace the left axel thinking that would help .. the guy that did the alignment said it was a power pull or a radial pull .. so i rotated the tires and it still does the same thing .. any suggestions ? maybe a little differnet alignment setup..? i dont know sway bar or something ? i am in dier need to get this resolved .. thanks
here are the readings
the front left -1.1 camber -0.8 caster -0.01 toe
the fron right -1.0 camber -0.7 caster -0.01 toe

the right rear 0.5 camber 0.06toe
also front total toe -0.02 and steer ahead 0.00
rear total toe 0.14and thrust angle 0.01

Did this problem happen before? Is it pulling to the left when you're driving or when you're braking? Can you post up the alignment sheet that the shop gave you?

Toe looks good.
Camber looks like the car is reasonably lowered, and looks fine.
Negative caster is bad, and can make the car wander all over the road. At least it is even left to right, but something is either bent or misaligned. Since its a 94 Civic, if the UCAs were flipped (left to right), the caster would have gone positive (about 1.5* more), so it probably isn't the UCAs. Maybe check the LCA bushings, LCAs themselves, and the subframe?

well i did notice that the subframe has a little play in the alignment of the mounting points but not a whole lot maybe a 1/4 or less of movement i gues for some adjustablity..i just put a rack an pinon on it but it was doing this after the first alignment.. but about a year ago i got it semi aligned and it didnt do this at all and that alignment wasnt true speced out because i didnt have enuff adjustments to get it that close..so it just wore out a set of tires rather quickly..so everything except the right axle is new under my front end now and it is doing the pull thing ..it doesnt make sense to me at all ..
well i have came to the conclusion that it is probally torque steer so im going to go with the lsd and all new bushings and new axles .. and if that doesnt fixit im going to burn it down...
finally got it down to the bear essentials i replaced the pass side axel and boom no more pulling awesome ..but i did find some bushings that need to be replaced and im working on that as we speak.. so thanks guys ,,for the input i feel alot better about everything now..
i got all this coming so check it out ..ground control coilovers hard race lca hard race rcas .. and new front swaybar bushing set .. i am now looking for a rear swaybar for a reasonable price if any one knows where one is at let me know ..i trying to get a factory one but it doesnt matter much .. thanks guys
Why would a messed up axle (not bent of course) have anything to do with how hard it pulls? I have a LSD in my car and it does the jerking/pulling thing pretty bad.
i have no idea why it did that, but it did, and when i took out the old one and put the new one in it almost quit all together and that is cool.. still pulls a little but no more complaints
I can't say why exactly but I had the same problem with some eBay axles about two years ago. they developed quite a bit of play and the car pulled to the left on deceleration. Put in some rebuilt oem units and the problem went away.
