Default Idle issue...

I have a b16a2 swapped into a 96 EK coupe....

Anyways I really didn't have any problems till I switched to a chipped ecu.

Now when my car is cold my idle hops from 1500rpm to about 2k. It happens intermidently and only on idle.

Also I notice that if I leave my car idling and it warms up it stops and idles at 900-1krpm.

Any idea what could be causing this? Is it the ECU? or is it another problem?

happened to my car, clean the iacv, then check wiring, then ecu... may be one or a combo of all of them.... or maybe whoever tuned it messed up... and does it ever sputter when youre driving at all???
