Hey guy's I got a 89 si hatch w/a b20b , 46,000 on the motor , im using a ls tranny with a act clutch, car has pwr full-race radiator, and full-race traction bar set up. . . motor is all stock internally . . I have the whole kit pretty much pieced together. . Everything is new. .
Basic no name cast turbo manifold
t3/t4 no name turbo
tial 38mm wastegate w/ 8 pound spring
tial blow off
no name ebay front mount
go-autoworks charge piping kit
will be running open downpipe for a little while
car is obd1 converted and will be tuned at innovative motorworks in pa
dsm 450's
The car will be tuned on 8 pounds and never anymore than that, the motor is all stock and very healthy. . it will be daily driven but not hard at all . . How do you guys think it will run ?? what kind of power should I expect?
Thanks
( here is a pic of the car )

ok guys I should of known this was gunna happen, I dont care what you guys think of no name parts, first of all its a low boost set up , im using an oil restrictor, its hard to mess up a cast manifold , and a intercooler . im not using a cheap wastegate, as for the turbo i have never had any issues with them , So lets keep this about how my set up is gunna perform, I dont care what you think of the parts im using

I hate to say this, but YOU asked.... Someone answered.

if the setup is installed properly with no leaks and no other problems it should make 200+ but that has nothing to do with the reliability or how long it will last
atleast your not cheaping out on the tune like everything else

I had a similar setup b20b that made 277 at 12psi and 255tq, with a miniram and 60-1,the new owner dynod 367 on 20psi. its been driven hard for a year and still no problems, On 9 psi which is a little closer to your max psi, it made 235ish i believe

thats really good numbers , my motor is all stock though. . I think 8 pounds will be safe with a good tune
It's all about the duty cycle of those injectors, some motors on the dyno max 1000cc's out at around 16 pounds, just as long as your injectors are at a ample duty cycle and not close to maxing them out then that is a safe tune. Also if you have a boost controller you can get it tuned for a certain slightly higher psi (with the controller slightly turned up) then turn down the boost controller to whatever psi you wanna run. Im going to tune my LS to 14 pounds, then turn down to 8 (7.5 psi is stock wastegate setting for my turbonectics wastegate), 7-9 is a nice medium for winter driving too.

my b20 was bone stock off the pallet not even head studs, it was a super budget build due to some crazy bad luck i had had in the past with expensive builds and fault oil pressure senders, and oil pump failure, i took it cheap, made good power, the car still runs amazing
