Default Built k24

Was tinkering with the idea of building my K24 short and selling it. Something along the lines of Wiseco pistons and Scat rods. Thinking about sleeving it, but I'm not sure if I want to put that much money into it. I work at a well known machine shop and will be doing all of the work myself. Is anyone interested in something like this? And what is a fare price? I dont want to rip someone off.

Like I said, not trying to make masive profit. Just want to give someone a chance to get what they want without refinancing there home for it. Since this will be in my free time it allows me to keep the price low. I also have a B18b and a D16y8 siting around that I plan to build as well. Build includes as follows: Bore and Hone to .0001 tolerance with hone plate. Fresh deck surfacing. Micro polished crank balanced per rod and piston weight. Rods balanced, and honed if need be. Pistons preped and debured completely. Bearings either ACL or Honda. Assembled with ARP main studs and block painted.
