Default Stock Map sensor good for 10psi??

Hey guys im in the process of installing my turbo right now but got a few questions i really need help with... Okay for the stock map sensor if im only boosting 8-10psi, do i need to get a missing link or upgrade to a 2.5 bar? or will my stock map sensor work fine without any modification? Right now every thing is stock except for some dsm 450's, walbro intank and arp headstuds. I already got my p28 chipped with a basemap for stock map sensor and my 450's. Last question is where is the check valve for the brake booster? Im trying to figure out where to hook up my vacuum distribution block but i cant find the check valve so i can tee it between that and the manifold. The motor is a d16y8...i know you can see it on the d16z6 clearly, but on the y8 its just a line with nothing in between.. There is another line above that one which is smaller and greyish in color that connects to the cruise control which does have a valve that resembles the check valve, but looks way too small to be a good vac source...Any help Pros???????

just tee the line right off the nipple on the intake manifold for the brake booster, then you dont have to worry where it is. i havent looked at a 96+ chassis in a few but it might be attached directly to the booster.

Due to limitations of the sensor element, tb-mounted units can't read well above 10.5psi, and old firewall units above 10.2psi. In other words, running above 10psi gives you zero safety net for overboost.

The Honda parts page offers no check valve p# for that car, so it probably is in the master cylinder. Once you tap into it, if it always stays under vacuum, it's obviously not the right spot.
