Turbo up pipe
I see more and more drag cars out there going with an up pipe off the turbo rather than a down pipe and it looks pretty sick. My question is where would be a good locarion to place the bung for your O2 wideband (I have a PLX M-300 wideband O2) if you only have say 8-10 inches of pipe from the turbo to the hood clearance?? Too close to the turbo and it would get too hot and cause failure...too close to the exit and it would cause wacky readings right?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

How close to the turbo are you guys placing the O2 bung? I just thought that the bung was supposed to be around 12 inches away from the source for accuret readings. I figured that too close to the turbo and it might be getting too HOT and affect lifespan or efficiency of the O2?
