Default Clutch Issue

I have a '97 Accord LX, just now when I went to drive my buddy home, the clutch squished completely flat.
I can lift it up and down but there is no spring/pop in it. Checked the clutch fluids, they were low, I refilled it,
but hasn't made a difference.

Any ideas what might be causing it?
Trying to get this fixed A.S.A.P, it's my daily driver.

The master cylinder is connected to the Clutch pedal. when you go under neath the dash board to look at the clutch pedal you'll see it's connected to a plunger. check the plunger to see if it's leaking. The slave cylinder is in the front of the engine and trans next to the front motor mount bracket. looks like this

How low was low in the master cylinder? If you got air in the system, you'll have to bleed it at the slave cylinder. If you have a vacuum bleeder, that will help. I have always had to go through 20 or more clutch in, open bleeder, close bleeder, lift clutch pedal cycles to get it to feel right. Bleeding may get you back on the road temporarily, but follow Davey's advice - if it was low, you've got a leak somewhere. Fix the leak, then bleed the system.

So I checked out underneath the dash, and the master cylinder IS leaking... Do I need to replace the entire thing?
