Default Lightz

i just bought my 94 accord a while ago. my problem is, when i turn on the lights to my dash, the needles don't light up so i cant see my revs, gas, speedometer, so i cant tell how fast i'm going (unless i pass an m3, which porbably won't happen...yet). how can i fix this?

also, i want to buy new bulbs for my headlights, but i want blue (not white), any got a suggestion on a bulb?

thanks,
-vtek

well, lets see...try turning that little button that adjusts the dim setting on the dash...see if that helps any...if you've tried that then check the fuses or relays maybe...i'm not really sure what would make the dash lights not work...

i think they are supposed to glow...if they don't, ummm, you might be low on dash light fluid or you may need to get some RadiationINaCan to regenerate those puppies!

well i would suggest a nice good set of H.I.D. lights, but those are anywhere from $450 - $600 ....you can pick up the "blue" lights at any local pep boys or autozone etc....

dash light fluid is a term throw around a lil too loosely.

its actually the fluid inside the capacitors on your dash light circuit that went to hell.

replace it.

He was joking. Capacitors don't have any liquid in them.

isnt the needles are light up by the led in the center?
just saw some Super bright blue led kit from ebay
the whole needle lights up like a 60watt energy-saving bulbs in my
garage...just image seeing some ricer car pass by in freeway at night
with a blue face...
anyway i have that similar problem in my legend, is dim but still can read it..
em..replace it with another cluster? what about the odo thing?
