Default civic ex brakes: compatibility w/other parts

I have a 89 civic DX. I plan on putting in my new 91 civic EX brakes. I got the whole swap, but before I put them in I was wonder what fits on these EX knuckles, just looking for some options.

I read I could put Accord wagon calipers on these, like the same size as ITR? And use Prelude VTEC rotors but redrilled to 4x100, which are supposed to be Honda's biggest rotors. Can anyone conform this? Also, what is the deal with the 11'' VW Corrado rotors, can they fit on my current knuckle and caliper? Any other setups that are possible? I will be using 15" rota subzeros if it matters.

Brian Hasty (Fastbrakes) did a lot of research and posted it on the Hybrid board before he started his company http://hybrid2.honda-perf.org/bigbrakes.html
There is a link in that article to the original EX swap article. If this is where you read this info, I apologize for the duplication.

yes, accord wagon calipers are identical to Type-R calipers (same part #). redrilling the Prelude rotors will give you the 11" rotors, basically giving you the Type-Rs front brakes. as for fitment, i'd be leary of squeezing them under your 15" wheel. i know they don't fit under mine (Konig Monsoons), so i decided to stick with the EX 10.3" brakes. you might need to find somebody with similar size brakes and ensure they will fit.

Does anyone know if I can just use the Accord Wagon calipers with the 10.3'' discs, or do I have to use the Prelude VTEC discs with them?

The 10.3 discs are standard on th 90-91 EX civic, and all 90 plus standard Integra. Calipers from those will bolt onto the EX knuckles. I think some of the EG civics had 10.3 brakes Si?? FWIW the wagon calipers require a slight mod to fit the EX knuckle. Ckeckout http://tjshondas.20m.com/xlfronts.htm
