just finnished my dpfi mpfi/obd1 my car will turn over but the dies i put a volt meater to the fuel injector plug and i get 12.2 then it slowly goes down till it hits zero this prosses takes about 3 sec. From what i have read the fuel injector is suposto pulse at 12.0v any idea why mine doesent stayed powered

 

The wires that come from the resistor box should have 12v on them always.
They run to the main relay.

Injectors fire when they get a ground signal from the ECU.

 

i get 11.0 v then it declines down to 0v after about 3 sec does this mean that my main relay is bad or is it because my ground to my relay is bad how do i test it??
