skunk 2 lightweight valves. same size. as for valve seals, portflow sells them, i am not sure if they are stock. look at Eric's and Ferrea for valve seals as well.

I used 94 del slow valve guides, and seals in mine. Valves will work also.

what engine did you get the valve guides and valves out of. i know you said the del slow but is it the b16a del sol or is it the d16z? please let me know. thanks

ITR valve train would work great unless youre planning to rev out to 9500 RPM or higher but for a normal application theyd work fine. Just a thought.
