Just did a major tranny service to the R...
Drained the tranny and replaced it with 2.5 qt's of Honda MTL, replaced clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and, installed my re-surfaced ITR flywheel. The clutch I bought was a CM Stage IV, which a has a sprung hub and 4 bronze/ceramic pucks. It's a little harsh for daily use or traffic jams, but this clutch has serious lockjaw! Slipping is not in it's vocabulary! I love the way it feels and the chatter isn't as bad as a non-sprung hub would be. Now I'm ready for some forced induction
major tranny service???? uh, you didn't even split the case...
Alrighty there sausage ****?
PS: BPR I'm running stock LSD.

10 minute job, mostly due to allowing the fluid to drain. I replace mine every other track event, which is approximately every 500 or so miles...
agreed with D, that isn't major.........try taking a head a part 3 times in one night while drinking a keg of beer with we-todd-did racing. That's major.
