Hey! Anyone know of any sweet orange features for my all black GSR? I'm thinking that I want orange lights in my cluster & maybe orange wheels I'm a girl & need to girl up my beast

 

Hmmmm, Amber bumper light covers... Orange Wheels? Hell yeah. Or you could do a black rim with orange lug nuts. Get Orange clear paint and take apart your cluster and paint the needles orange.. tha'd be hawt.

 

What about the interior? My leather is just sooo black! I need some more orange in there without being ghetto (no disrespect).

 

Hahaha no disrespect.... Hmmm maybe you could incorporate some orange in the headliner ( in the color/ design of the fabric), or mix it up with a personal steering wheel with a orange horn button. Just don't go and paint all you interior trim orange.

I'd use a wooden shift ****, but my style is oldschool..Not sure about yours. Glad to see some more girls on Honda Tech

 

What kind of orange wheels?

 

Konig Daylight might be an option... They look decent, not enough offset for me though.

yeah I was definitely looking to do the OZ wheels, but I may just powder coat some of mine in my boyfriend's garage.

 

orange doesnt seem too girly to me though.. I'm guessing its just your favorite color?

what year is your car? if it's 98+ I'm guessing you already have the amber corners?

Paint your wheels pink even though you aren't a "girls girl".

 

Got some orange shocks on my gsr. You can kind of see them from the rear.

Duplicolor is your friend. You might be surprised what you can paint yourself relatively easily (valve cover, brakes, wheels, interior bits, etc., etc.). Just get the appropriate paint for the part (high temp enamel for VC, wheel paint for wheels) and layer on a couple coats of paint and a couple of clear, and you can DIY some pretty nice finishes. You can take the $$ you save and use it on go-fast stuff.

And why does everyone think you should go pink? Girls can have bad@$$ mean looking cars too. IMO black/orange would be pretty wicked.

Edit: check the team-integra.net articles sections for some DIY painting ideas. Pretty much everything is paint-able.
