Default 96 Dx to power window conversion

Hey all, i bought a complete doors with the floor harnes from a 2000 HX and i was told it was just plug and play. When i changed the doors and changed the floor harness in my 96 dx there was this one white big plug that didnt plug in. So i noticed that i also had a 99-00 Ex or si Under dash harness with fuse box so i took the dash off and put that in to. Now its the same, i get no power to my fuel pump all my lights work, still no power windows or power doors. and when i press the lock button down on the power locks the trunk light flickers. i think i got some wires crossed. I did notice that i had more wires in the under dash harness plug than in the floor harness plug but it plugged perfectly. HELP!!

Basically, whoever told you it was plug and play, either didn't know it wasn't or they flat out lied to you. There's a difference in wiring between 96-98 and 99-00 6th Gen Civics. You'd best do a bunch of reading and searching on honda-tech.com to figure out how to fix it. Sorry to be bearer of bad news.
