Default boost problem on 94 gsr

Ok so my car has the turbonetics kit on it, i recently installed a new turbo because my old one was bad, now whenever i hit boost it spools up to the normal 10lbs and the rps die to about 2k, it will then pick back up, it almost acts like it runs out of fuel??? what could be the problem? car was running fine before the first turbo went bad????

Are you running a stock map sensor? Cause if so then you could be hitting 11ish lbs and the map sensor could be out of its range and use ignition/fuel cut. Just a suggestion

I need to the know the whole list of mods for your turbo setup. It will help narrow down the problem and also all the accessories you have not changed since the installation of your new turbo.

Do you have the "missing link" ? It sounds like a MAP problem to me. New turbo prob makes more boost.
