Default Question about aftermarket seat brackets

How do these bolt up? I see how they bolt to the seat part, but i don't see how they bolt to the floorboard since the holes are angled in a way that there's no way these would bolt up? do you use the stock bottom part or something? Pics would be appreciated.

You need car-specific brackets that mount to the floor. Sparco sell these for $50 a side (or $100 if you want seat belt mounts).

Just wa warning , the sparco brackets need some adjustment usual. Mine had to be bent to make them fit.

Sparco brackets suck and blow at the same time. However, they are pretty much your only option, unless you know a good metal fabricator.

To be pedantic:

If you have base mount seats, you can attach the seats directly to the floor mount. Or you can use sliders in between the floor mount and the base of the seats.

If you have side mount seats, you need the side mount brackets, which can be attached directly to the floor mounts, which can also have sliders in between.
