I have been researching the combination recently and it usually comes down to spoke design and offset.

This is one of the archives I found that talks about fitment on 15" wheels.

"from user BlueR"
The following wheels FIT without the use of a spacer:

SSR Competition [15x7.5, +43 offset]
Buddy Club P1 QF [15x7, +42 offset]
Real Racing R2 [15x7, +45 offset]
USDM Stock ITR wheels [15x6, +50 offset]
Kosei K1 [15x7, +38 offset]
Advan RG [15x7.5, +42 offset]
Team Dynamic Pro Racing [15x7, +45 offset]
Volk TE-37 [15x7, +35 offset]
Volk CE-28N [15x7, +35 offset]
Racing Hart CP-035 [15x7.5, +40 offset]
Volk TE-37's [15x8, +43 offset]
SSR Type C [15x7, +38 offset]
ATS Comp-Lite [15x7, +35 offset]
Mugen MF10 [16x7, +43 offset]
Volk TE-37 [16x7, +42 offset]
Volk CE-28N [16x7, +42 offset]
Spoon SW388 [16x7, +45]
Enkei RPF1 [16x7, +35 offset]
Work Emotion CR [16x7, +42 offset]

The following wheels DO NOT fit without using a spacer:

Spoon Sw388 [15x6.5, +42 offset]
Volk TE-37 [15x6.5, +39 offset] requires a 8mm spacer
Kosei K1 [15x7, +45 offset] requires a 3mm spacer
Volk TE-37 [15x7, +43 offset] requires a 6mm spacer
UKDM Stock ITR [15x6, +50 offset]
JDM Stock ITR [16x7, +50 offset] requires a 5mm spacer
BuddyClub P1 QF [16X7, +45 offset] requires a 3mm spacer
Rota Slipstream [15x6.5, +40 offset] requires a 8mm spacer
Advan RG [16x7.5, +45 offset] requires a 5mm spacer
Advan RG [15x7, +44 offset] requires a 8mm spacer
Mugen MF10 [16x7, +50 offset]
Mugen MF10 [15x6.5, +45 offset] requires a 5mm spacer
SSR Type C [16x7, +42 offset]
5Zigen FN01RC [15x7, +42 offset] requires a 5mm spacer

No mention of your mugen NR's though.

What about 15 inch RPF1s? Will those clear? With an offset of 35

Bumping this as I desperately need to know if the spoon twinblocks will clear my 15 inch Enkie rpf1 +35, I don’t mind using spacers more worried about the caliper sitting inside the wheel okay and not catching the walls of the rim

RPF1 in 15x7 +35 wouldn't clear my ITR calipers without spacers. I've heard of spacers being used, but I never went further to inquire as I was test fitting wheels that a friend had.

The 15x8 +28 will probably clear.

I don’t mind spacers to much just worried the caliper will not actually fit inside a 15” rim without the top of the caliper catching the inside walls of the rim, I understand I may have to spacer to avoid the caliper catching the spokes

Here was a thread on the ITR calipers which can be used as a basis for Spoons. But Im thinking a 15mm spacer might give it enough clearance if its further way away from the inner barrel .

So I’ve ordered the twinblock caliper I’ll put it on here with the outcome of how it goes when it arrives and have fitted it

The spoon calipers will fit inside the 15" RPF1 just fine, a spacer will be needed to clear the spokes. 3-5mm I'm thinking. I currently have spoon calipers and 15x7.5 Konig Hypergram wheels and a 5mm spacer is needed to make everything work together. I would recommend extended wheel studs as well. My stock wheel studs were too short after the spacer install for my comfort level. My 99 GSR is a track toy and only gets driven on the street to and from the track.
