Default Spoon Calipers, wheel fitting guide

So, I'll be getting Spoon calipers in the future but there's always the issue of what wheels fit and so forth. So I've got this little list of wheels that I know fit the Spoon Calipers and if you have any other wheels to add to the list, please do. And if you see any mistakes in the list, also speak up.

Rules for submitting a wheel. It will not be added to the list unless these two rules are followed.
1. You must provide picture evidence or a link to a website where you got the information from.
2. Please clarify if a spacer is needed or not. If a spacer is needed please clarify what size.
