Help on distributor timing?
I recently purchased a new OEM disributor and was reading the installation from the repair book. It seems straight foward untill the last step says to start the car and set the timing....how/what do I need for this? Do I need to take it to a shop or is it something that I can do myself?
Oh, car is a 94 lx.........thanks...

Thanks! That doesn't seem to hard....
I is it safe to assume that I should set it to the middle setting of 16 BTC cause I have an unmodified engine???
Also just for future note, does this need to be done when just changing the distributor cap and rotor?

im pretty sure 16 is the factory recommendation on pretty much all hondas, might want to double check a helms manual or something though.
cap and rotor does not effect ignition timing. only physically rotating the dizzy changes timing.
