Default Car Running funny

My 98 with a b16a2 swap just started acting funny today. Turbo'd 13 psi. The car seems not to have any power when driving. It is much more hesitant and it is idling lower than usual. Also, fuel pressure is higher than normal. It is usallyat about 49psi but when you apply the throttle it shoots up to 55-62psi.Basically it has no topend either. When you get to 3k rpms itsnot putting any power to the road. It reminds me of a cylinder misfire especially when you start to rev the engine the revs go to about 100, almost to the point of stalling. I have not changed anything to the car recently. I am going to replace both the plugs and wires first. Any other suggestions would be helpful

i think it might be the fuel pressure regulator. At idle it is 42 psi and at accel it is at 55-60. IT always use to be 48 psi.

Well the fuel pressure is suppose to be 45psi at relitive pressure and when the vacuum line is attached it's like 40 or 42psi and should be 50psi at WOT.
When you get to 3k rpms its not putting any power to the road. It reminds me of a cylinder misfire especially when you start to rev the engine the revs go to about 100, almost to the point of stalling.
That says big problems, do a compression test and a leak down test and go from there.

Not with what i'm getting out of what u r describing but there is a slight possibility, do the copression and leak down then post what u find. It should b throwing a code if it was the O2 or any other sensor. Just alil fuel pressure like that won't make it run rich enough to do what ur saying. A wideband O2 will help for trouble shooting this also

just another thing, i added coolant right before the problem started happening. Would you reccomend bleeding the system? I am going to my mechanic tomorrow to have him look at it. Any thoughts on a bad ecu?

LMAO.... everytime u post a new symptom, lol. Could have something to do with the coolant level or air bubbles. If the ecu was in limp mode ur CEL would b on for sure, u have to mention everything u have done to the car recently and all the weird things that is doing as best u can then we may be able to figure this out.
