Are midori hatchbacks rare?

Because I have seen like 3 around my town and I live in a VERY small town, I thought they were rare?

I heard they were only made for 1996 model year and the hatchbacks only.

Yes they are rare. Compared to a small variety of colors offered in 1996 on the Civic hatchback, MG was the least produced color. Available on the 1996 Honda Civic DX/CX hatchback only, MG was available for both automatic and standard transmission as well.
