Default Ignition lock cylinder stuck ON?

So I went and removed the ignition lock cylinder. I decided to put the key in and turn it to see if it still worked (it did) but then it was stuck in that position? The key came out normally, but the lock is stuck in the on position. I tried wd40 and tried turning it with pliers and such and still nothing.

Here are some pics:

Yeah, I did that already. I've pushed in and tried turning it with pliers and no luck. The thing that sucks is that It was working 100% before I took it out and turned the key!!

Ugh!!!!
