Although my car is a cd5 (94-97)... Im making 650ish at the wheels and have been for over 2 Years and 15k miles on the same set of BONE STOCK OEM (NO schucks, vatozone or abything else----OEM only Not rebuiltt OEM from a Kragen... Only HONDA MFGed) H series prelude axles... Although the accord axles are also 36mm... The inner joints are NOWHERE near as beefy as the H series (wither H22 or 23 are the same). Go to the junkyard and find a set in a si or base prelude (ATTS ok) and use them. You MIGT have to put a washer on the outside of ythe pass side under the axle nut for spacing, but Ive run slicks, and multiple 11 second passes on them, and have beaten the **** out of my car for 2 years... I have yet to replace the set that I got out of a junkyard that had 90 K on them when I got them (specifically mine are 99 Lude axles) Youll also have to use a Prelude midhaft... Any will work EXCEPT any F series or ATTS Lude shafts.

IF the 98 is the same length.. It WILL work. I know that the 4the gen accords need to put the prelude inners on the cb7 axles, but I just use axles straight out of the Lude and have to replace one not nbecause it broke, but onlyu because the boot broke and it went dry... FOr 50 bux its more worth just changing the wholwe axle than ****ing with the boot to me.

50 bux a piece instead of hundreds. LOL

Hope this helps You are welcome.

You have PM of a 630 pull :O)

Stock '95 accord axles here, OEM not remans... and I am not that far behind extralargenog for power to the tire.

Although I am betting he is going to take it further than the 661whp soon... maybe I will step up the single cam f22b1 a little more so I dont fall too far behind.

Might wanna keep in mind though thats it also how you drive that can help alot keeping drivetrain parts together. You can break **** on stock power if you were so inclined I would bet. Preloading on a launch, be careful running huge tire height setups in front trying to hook, etc.

They're all cross compatible. There's a reason everyone here says you can use an F or H transmission when you do swaps. Just do a search.

Just like extralargenog said, you'll need the prelude intermediate shaft since the driverside axle has a female end unlike the F22 driverside axle.

Check your C-Clips. I've had them fail before, just a warning even if you get a H series set from the junk yard.

I love popping my tires between gears on my H22a accord with the F22 axles. Honda went over board on this.

how could you make h22/23 axels work on the f23 motor? Are they a direct fit?

Just make sure you push the axle in all the way until you hear a click. I learned this the hard way.
