Default HELP 97 PRELUDE INJECTORS NOT FIRING/no start

ok here is the deal.i work at a junkyard and some guy brought in a 1997 prelude SH.he basickly junked the car for $200.00.i bought it off my boss for $500. the owner brought it on a tow dolly. after my boss paid him and got the title,my boss used the loader and took the lude off the dolly(after it was unchained) but we forgot to get the keys. i went to the dealer and got a new key/ignition/immobilizer for the lump sum of $524.00. i installed the new parts and this is where im at.
i got crank
fuel pressure at the fuel rail
spark
but no fuel to the injectors. it will fire right up if i use starting fluid or bottle feed it with gas.
no security light is on on the dash but the factory alarm will not turn off since i dont have a door key or alarm pad. is that my problem?? or do i have a bad ground somewhere? possibly my ECU since i changed my ignition and immobilizer?? any help/ideas wouild be greatly appricated thanks

On fourth gens there is a computer mounted on the drivers side firewall, right behind the brake MC. The computer controls the injectors. If your not getting voltage at the injectors that's where I would start.

His is the 5th gen, not the 4th, but Idk if it would make a difference.
