CV joint terror
So my CV joint squeeked like CRAZY. So I replaced it. 4 days later now the new one squeeks. WTF? Any ideas? Maybe it's not the CV joint? It squeeks the most if i'm stopped and wiggle the wheel a quarter turn back and forth.
A bad CV joint will make a clicking noise when making a turn.
A squeek when turning the wheel back and forth at a stop sounds like a bad ball joint to me. My upper ball joint was the first to fail, and made the sound you describe.

"terror" dam dum dam. These are what I did when I heard the squeak noise 6 months ago on my accord:
1. Cover your tyres and spray grease/silicon on your suspension
2. Inspect your suspension bushes
3. Inspect your ball joint boots to show wear and tear
4. Any parts with broken boot will/to near kaput -> replace those
Bad outer CV's will click bad when you turn
Bad inner CV's will have lots of play that when you accelerate/decellerate it will go "clunk"
Bad tie rod ball joint - your wheel will have a play when you jerk it by holding 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock (when the wheel is up in the air ofcourse)
Bad bottom/top knuckle ball joint would go "thump" at every bump you hit the road and also noticably "not right" when you jack the wheel up seeing it all loose
Bad wheel bearing will "howl" at increasing speed also can check by jerking the wheel at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock position
Finding sound source is hard but fortunately for me, lubricating the suspension made the noise dissapear. Good luck.

I'm have the same issue with my 99 EX Coupe. I get the dull thud when I make a left turn, sometimes starting from a dead stop, and when I wiggle back and forth when stop. I was just about to change my right CV but I'm interested to see if the ball joint fixes your problem.
