One shock is out, bad luck or lemon piece?

These were only used for commuting to from work and school
880,680,580,101, 5, etc etc I avoid bumps and potholes if possible so the other 3 should still have a lot of life

600obo brand new both combined over 900 or 1k. Open to reasonable offers considering one shock is going out. (The one in the picture with the oil stains.)
I believe these are the Koni with 5 perches of adjustment as well

These should fit 7th gen accords, tsx, TL though please do your own research before buying

Front bumper - extremely good condition, no cracks, scratches etc
Sideskirts - Mint unpainted, unopened from packaging
Rear bumper - extremely good condition, also no cracks but some scratches on paint. The original exhaust cut out was molded in and a cutout was made in the center
*important* You would need to trim or mod your oem metal bumpers and/or support brackets, my friend still has his so you don't need to do it to your own if you decide to pick this kit up**
