90 accord 4 door trunk full of water
So first drop of rain came few months ago. My gf's car was full of water in the trunk. So i tore out the carpet and had her run a hose over the top and sprayed the tail lights. i sat in there and looked for a good 5/10 min. Then i noticed the drain plugs where missing so i replaced those.
Started raining again monday, and she told me once again her trunk was soaking wet.
Now i come to you guys, wheres the most common place for these trunks to leak? Wheel wells?
I checked all the seals and the seals look great the car has only 130,000 miles on it for a 90 thats great.
So please think and let me know im almost out of ideas.

usually it is from the taillight gaskets......i had the same problem...to fix mine i just did the simple thing....at the lowest point in the trunk drilled a tiny hole...primered it and never had the problem again
were you laying in the trunk while she hosed it down?
if so, you should be able to pinpoint the leak...
any signs of body work/damage?
if not, you might want to try that trunk seal, after all, its 19 years old...

Have a look around the wheel wells. If it's not the tail light gaskets there may be a rust hole or break in the seam sealer around the wheel wells. What happens is that as she drives water will be sprayed up and into the trunk threw even the smallest of holes. These rust holes usually form on the inside, at the top of the wheel well.
I had the same exact problem, its where the water runs down the little trough next to the trunk and over the tail lights and on mine was from the leaky tail light gaskets, have some one spray water over the car not at it. the water can be a big mess if its not stopped, it condenstated all over and formed big puddles under my back seat that soaked up through. If the gaskets are your problem they're like $7 a piece when I priced them at napa, but I just took the old ones out and put silicone on them and let them dry before putting them back in, and I havent had any problems since.
